Our Policies

Everything we make is baked fresh, in small batches, just for you. Because our products are perishable and often customised, a few boundaries help us keep quality high and expectations clear.

1. Placing an Order

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. All custom products are made to order and subject to availability within our daily production.

2. Making Changes

If you need to adjust your order, we're happy to help where possible.

  • Changes (flavour, design, size, delivery date) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance
  • Once an order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible

3. Cancellations

Plans change, we understand.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be issued as store credit (valid for 30 days)
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up are not eligible for refund or credit
  • Larger or custom orders may have specific terms, which we'll share at the time of booking

4. Refunds

Since our products are made fresh and often to specification, refunds are limited to situations where something has genuinely gone wrong. We'll step in if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong product
  • There is a quality concern

To help us resolve this quickly:

  • Please reach out within 2 hours of receiving your order
  • Share a photo or video so we can review it

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Slight variations in finish are part of the charm of handcrafted desserts
  • Taste is personal, and not grounds for refund
  • Once a product has been handed over, we can't take responsibility for handling or storage

How we resolve it: We'll always aim to make it right through a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are offered in select cases.

5. Exchanges

We're happy to replace products when possible, where there's a verified issue. We're unable to offer exchanges for change of mind or preference.

6. Delivery & Pick-Up

We offer both scheduled delivery and store pick-up.

  • Delivery timings are approximate and may shift slightly due to traffic or external conditions
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, we may not be able to reattempt delivery given the perishable nature of our products
  • Once your order is handed over, it's officially in your care

7. Handling & Storage

Our desserts are at their best when enjoyed fresh.

  • Please follow the storage instructions shared with your order
  • We're unable to take responsibility for quality once products are stored improperly or consumed later than recommended

8. Allergies

Our kitchen works with gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. While we take precautions, we don't operate in an allergen-free environment.

9. Custom Cakes & Desserts

Every custom order is a collaboration.

  • We work based on agreed designs and references
  • Final results may vary slightly due to the handcrafted process
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up
