1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently offer delivery within Bangalore city limits, subject to serviceability and operational availability
  • Certain locations may have limited delivery slots depending on distance and logistics feasibility

2. Delivery Timelines

  • All deliveries are scheduled within mutually agreed delivery windows
  • Delivery timings are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, apartment access delays, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors are beyond our control

3. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive delivery updates via call or message where applicable
  • Real-time tracking may not be available for all orders or delivery partners
  • For urgent delivery-related queries, customers may contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp

4. Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time
  • Accurate delivery details, including address landmarks and contact numbers, must be provided at the time of placing the order
  • In case the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, we may be unable to complete or reattempt the delivery due to the perishable nature of the products
  • Any re-delivery, if feasible, may incur additional charges

5. Handling Responsibility

  • Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for damage caused due to improper handling, transportation, storage, or delayed consumption after delivery
  • Customers are advised to keep cakes and desserts on a flat surface and refrigerated as instructed

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, order size, and delivery timing. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Long-distance deliveries
  • Fixed-time or early-morning deliveries
  • Multiple delivery attempts

Delivery charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

7. Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order. To help us review the concern promptly, please share:
